Privacy Policy — Palatrix Tools

Last updated: July 6, 2026

1. 100% Local Processing (Zero Data Collection)

Every Palatrix Tools extension executes entirely inside your browser. We do not run analytics, we do not maintain user accounts, and we never receive your browsing history, page content, color selections, or scan results. There is no server-side component to leak.

2. Browser Permissions and Usage

Our extensions request the minimum Chrome permissions needed to function: • activeTab — grants a temporary handle to the current page only when you click the extension, so it can render overlays or read the DOM you asked to inspect. • scripting — used to inject the analysis or picker overlay into the page you are actively viewing. • storage — persists your local preferences, history, and saved items in your browser's own storage. This data never leaves your device.

3. Third-Party Links

Our marketing site and store listings may link to external services (for example the Chrome Web Store or Buy Me a Coffee). Those third parties operate under their own privacy policies. Palatrix Tools has no visibility into what you do on them.

4. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated as the suite evolves. Any change will be published on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of any Palatrix Tools extension after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
